Amitsur Centennial Symposium
This volume contains the proceedings of the Amitsur Centennial Symposium, held from November 1–4, 2021, virtually and at the Israel Institute for Advanced Studies (IIAS), The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel. Shimshon Amitsur was a pioneer in several branches of algebra, the leading algebraist in Israel for several decades who contributed major theorems, inspiring results, useful observations, and enlightening tricks to many areas of the field. The fifteen papers included in the volume represent the broad impact of Amitsur's work on such areas as the theory of finite simple groups, algebraic groups, PI-algebras and growth of rings, quadratic forms and division algebras, torsors and Severi-Brauer surfaces, Hopf algebras and braces, invariants, automorphisms and derivations.
Operator Algebras and Their Applications
his volume contains the proceedings of the AMS Special Session Operator Algebras and Their Applications: A Tribute to Richard V. Kadison, held from January 10–11, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas. Richard V. Kadison has been a towering figure in the study of operator algebras for more than 65 years. His research and leadership in the field have been fundamental in the development of the subject, and his influence continues to be felt though his work and the work of his many students, collaborators, and mentees. Among the topics addressed in this volume are the Kadison-Kaplanksy conjecture, classification of C∗-algebras, connections between operator spaces and parabolic induction, spectral flow, C∗-algebra actions, von Neumann algebras, and applications to mathematical physics.
Recent Advances in the Geometry of Submanifolds
This volume contains the proceedings of the AMS Special Session on Geometry of Submanifolds, held from October 25–26, 2014, at San Francisco State University, San Francisco, CA, and the AMS Special Session on Recent Advances in the Geometry of Submanifolds: Dedicated to the Memory of Franki Dillen (1963–2013), held from March 14–15, 2015, at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Ml. The focus of the volume is on recent studies of submanifolds of Riemannian, semi-Riemannian, Kaehlerian and contact manifolds. Some of these use techniques in classical differential geometry, while others use methods from ordinary differential equations, geometric analysis, or geometric PDEs. By brainstorming on the fundamental problems and exploring a large variety of questions studied in submanifold geometry, the editors hope to provide mathematicians with a working tool, not just a collection of individual contributions. This volume is dedicated to the memory of Franki Dillen, whose work in submanifold theory attracted the attention of and inspired many geometers.

Geometric Analysis
This volume contains research and expository articles from the courses and talks given at the RSME Lluis A. Santalo Summer School, ``Geometric Analysis'', held June 28-July 2, 2010, in Granada, Spain. The goal of the Summer School was to present some of the many advances currently taking place in the interaction between partial differential equations and differential geometry, with special emphasis on the theory of minimal surfaces. This volume includes expository articles about the current state of specific problems involving curvature and partial differential equations, with interactions to neighboring fields such as probability. An introductory, mostly self-contained course on constant mean curvature surfaces in Lie groups equipped with a left invariant metric is provided. The volume will be of interest to researchers, post-docs, and advanced PhD students in the interface between partial differential equations and differential geometry.
