William Barrow, Jr., son of William and Priscilla Barrow, married Olivia Ruffin of Northampton County, North Carolina, in 1760. They had nine children, 1761-1777. He died in Halifax County, North Carolina, in 1787. Six of their children settled in Louisiana. Descendants listed especially descendants of William Barrow III (1765-1823) of Highland, Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, lived in Louisiana, Tennessee and elsewhere.
