Jonathan Spangler (1837-1867), son of Absalom B. Spangler (ca. 1810-1872) who was born in North Carolina, was also born in North Carolina. He married Barbara Hendrick (1837-1914) of Cleveland County, North Carolina. Descendants live in North Carolina and elsewhere.
"Mathew and Molly Corn immigrated into Virginia in the early 1700s. We think that their descendants account for the majority of the Corn name in the United States today." (table of contents). Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, New England, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, North Carolina, Georgia and elsewhere.
Joseph Hutton, with his brothers, John and Nehemiah, emigrated from County Carlow, Ireland, to America in 1710, landing at New Castle, Delaware. Joseph settled in New Garden Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he purchased land. He married Mary Miller, daughter of John and Mary Miller, in 1714. They had eight sons and a daughter. He died in 1735. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Kansas, and elsewhere.
