Kenelm Winslow (1599-1672?) and his brother, Jozias emigrated from England about 1629 and settled near Salem, Massachusetts. Homer Hyde Winslow (1807-1877?) was a descendant of Kenelm. He married Cornelia M. Winslow in 1834 and they moved to Cattaraugus County, New York. Descendants and relatives lived in Connecticut, Vermont, Minnesota, Montana, Utah, Colorado and elsewhere.
