Beyond Measure

Our Kunkel Family in America
Henry (Johan Hynurich Kunckel) Kunkel (1750-1827), was one of the Hessian soldiers hired to fight for the British in the Revolutionary War. He married Elizabeth Christina Kleinfelter and settled in York County, Pennsylvania. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri, Idaho and elsewhere.
