Holeman/Holman, Shepherd/Shepard Families
Daniel and Elizabeth Holeman lived in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. They had five children. Daniel's property was intestate in 1770. Elizabeth was still living in 1791. Their descendants have lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, and other areas throughout the United States.

Ellis Ancestors
The Ellis family descends from Christopher Ellis (1673-1732) of Prince George's County, Maryland. Descendants moved west to Ohio where James Ellis, Jr. settled in Brown County, Ohio. Descendants settled in Ohio, Indiana and other parts of midwestern United States.
