Joel B. Miller was born in 1811 near Springs, Pennsylvania. He married Catherine Brenneman (181301870), daughter of Daniel Brenneman and Maria Bender. They had eleven children. He died in 1885. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania.
John Stevanus (1810-1896), son of Frederick Stevanus/Stephanus and Eve Shoemaker, married Anna Hershberger in 1832 and moved from Frederick County, Maryland to land near Keim, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, California and elsewhere.
Christian Fisher was born 26 April 1757. He married Barbara Yoder and they had two daughters. He married Susanna Souder and they had seven children.
