The period since the First World War has been a century distinguished by the loss of any unitary foundation for truth, ethics, and the legitimate authority of law. This work pulls together information on this ecologically acceptable use for set-aside land: growing willow and poplars for fuel. This crop is harvested every three years by cutting off the long vertical stems of trees close to the ground. They regrow to be harvested three years later.
