Many have contributed their commentaries on Upanishads according to their own way of understanding and the interpretation followed their Sidhantham. We find that the commentaries offered by Sri Adi Sankara in Advaitik base are universally adored and followed. This work on Prashnopanishad is based on the commentaries of Sri Sankara. We owe our owings to our Manaseeka Guru Swami Paramahamsananda Saraswathi who has offered his expertise on this Upanishad by translating the commentaries of Adi Shankara (Shankara Bhashyam), not alone this one, but many upanishads and the connected topics too. His lectures and works are masterpieces in this direction guiding us to make an attempt to draw our efforts in transcribing our understanding, scripting it on this Spiritual subject through this work of ours as a self assessment of right understanding.
