Event Religion and European Festival Experience
This book contributes to empirical research on festivals and presents a model of "event religion" for interpreting festival experiences from a religious studies perspective. It features a comparison of three Hungarian case studies with different backgrounds - a mindfulness festival, a Catholic event, and a rock-metal music festival. The author suggests that examining event experiences along the four dimensions of spatiotemporality, symbols, community, and inward experience provides a conceptual framework for understanding contemporary alternative religious beliefs, behaviours, and experiences. She also utilises "religionesque" as an umbrella term for the various concepts that describe religion-related experiences and approaches. The book will be of interest to scholars of religion, sociology, anthropology, and others with a focus on events and festivals.

Ritual and ritualization have become central concepts in cultural and social studies. This book shows why it is productive neither to equate ritual and religion, nor to simply abandon the concept of religion. Conceiving of religion as communicative action allows ritual to be understood as a form of listening to the world and as a form of changing the world. The book=s primary intention is not to make a contribution to theory, but rather to demonstrate & through example analyses of a wide variety of rituals & the fruitfulness of an approach that links elements of classical theories of ritual to more recent concepts of religion and to the basic idea of the mutual constitution of subjects and objects.

A Trajectory Description of Quantum Processes. II. Applications
Trajectory-based formalisms are an intuitively appealing way of describing quantum processes because they allow the use of "classical" concepts. Beginning as an introductory level suitable for students, this two-volume monograph presents (1) the fundamentals and (2) the applications of the trajectory description of basic quantum processes. This second volume is focussed on simple and basic applications of quantum processes such as interference and diffraction of wave packets, tunneling, diffusion and bound-state and scattering problems. The corresponding analysis is carried out within the Bohmian framework. By stressing its interpretational aspects, the book leads the reader to an alternative and complementary way to better understand the underlying quantum dynamics.
