House of Forrester
At least nine Forrester individuals immigrated from England, Scotland, or Ireland to the English colonies in the new world in the 1600s and 1700s. The names and particulars about these nine Forrester indivi- duals are listed (v. 1, p. 42-43), and they settled in various places in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Georgia. Descen- dants and relatives also lived in Mississippi River states plus Indiana, Kansas, South Dakota, Wyoming, Texas, Arizona, California and elsewhere. Includes ancestry in England, Scotland, Ireland, Flanders to 836 A.D. or earlier. Also includes organization and some officers of the Forrester Genealogical Association, Inc., which became the Clan Forrester Society, Inc., with U.S. headquarters at Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Blairs of Drummond, Robert Blair and Rebecca Jane Forrester
Robert Blair (b.1772) married Rebecca Jane Forrester about 1805, and immigrated in 1821 from Scotland to Drummond Township, Lanark County, Ontario (the family joined him in 1822). Descendants and relatives lived in Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and elsewhere. Many descendants immigrated to Michigan, Illinois, Oregon and elsewhere in the United States. Includes ancestors and family history in Scotland.
Cousins
Two cousins, Carrie and Connor, were born next door to each other and remained that way through high school and beyond. At the age of nine, a girl named Rebecca (who was the same age as the cousins) was raped and tossed off along the highway. She did well recovering from the trauma; however, she fell far behind in her academics. Carrie found a way to help Rebecca where adults failed. As more time progressed, Rebecca and Connor fall in love. However, Connor treated her as though she was made of glass, making their relationship difficult at best. In the book, there are three attempted murdersone by arson, another by poison and blunt-force trauma, and another one as a successful bullet through the brain. There are many twist and turns. When Rebecca finds out who her rapist is and is forced to go before a line up and again faces him in court, to her, it was almost like the rape trauma all over again.
