H.R. 9734, identical H.R. 9801 and H.R. 10174, and S. 1975, to amend the North Pacific Halibut Act to authorize State Dept to provide improved facilities for International Halibut Commission on or around University of Washington grounds. H.R. 12269, identical H.R. 13347, H.R. 13457, H.R. 14842, H.R. 14905, H.R. 15099, H.R. 16173, 9 similar bills, and S. 2720, to authorize Interior Dept to fund accelerated development of fish protein concentrate program including demonstration plants construction. H.R. 9602 and S. 2102 to authorize Federal funds to prevent the taking of Pribilof Islands fur seals and sea otters in U.S. lands or waters and to implement Convention on Conservation of North Pacific Fur Seals. S.J. Res. 29, to authorize Interior Dept to survey coastal and fresh water commercial fisheries in order to make efficient fishery resource conservation plan. Recommends bag limit for 1966-67 waterfowl season.
