Resultado de um trabalho coletivo feito com alunos do Curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física do Centro de Educação Física e Desportos da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (CEFD/Ufes), este livro tem como objetivo constituir-se em um catálogo aberto sobre jogos e brincadeiras – passível, portanto, da ação constante de realimentação de suas bases de dados – e sobre a maneira como estes podem ser usados nas aulas de Educação Física da Educação Básica.
