This is Not Just a Painting
In 2008, the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Lyon acquired a painting called The Flight into Egypt which was attributed to the French artist Nicolas Poussin. Thought to have been painted in 1657, the painting had gone missing for more than three centuries. Several versions were rediscovered in the 1980s and one was passed from hand to hand, from a family who had no idea of its value to gallery owners and eventually to the museum. Intertextual Weaving in the Work of Linda Lê
Intertextual Weaving in the Work of Linda Lê: Imagining the Ideal Reader uncovers the primary textual relationship that Linda Lê (1963– ), the most prolific Francophone author of the Vietnamese diaspora, fosters with a literary precursor of Austrian descent: the feminist writer-in-exile, Ingeborg Bachmann (1926–1973). This study offers an overdue exploration of the notably European roots of Lê’s writerly formation. It traces an unexamined feminist import in her work to a sixteen-year inter- and intra-textual engagement with Bachmann and positions the latter as an imagined ideal reader of Lê’s oeuvre. Intertextual analyses of Bachmann’s post-war novel, Malina, with Lê’s literary essays, early fiction, and trilogy, reveal that to overcome the challenges of writing in exile Lê adopts an alternative literary fore-bear of the European tradition.

L'imaginaire et la métamorphose du travail social
Ce livre est le fruit d'une rencontre et d'un calendrier. Rencontre d'un sans domicile et d'un conte de fées sur un quai de métro. Côté calendrier, les acteurs sociaux à travers les Etats Généraux du Travail Social de 2013-2014, souhaitaient rénover l'action des travailleurs sociaux, mettant l'accent sur la relation avec les personnes concernées et leur implication dans l'action. A la fois conteur et administrateur d'un Institut Régional du Travail Social, Luc Heid s'est trouvé à la confluence de ces deux éléments. Son parcours lui a permis de rencontrer des intervenants en travail social, il les a sollicités pour participer à cet ouvrage, illustré par de nombreuses expériences de créativité partagée et mettant en scène une transformation des êtres, une métamorphose.

Un libéralisme sans liberté interroge l'obstination avec laquelle Foucault tente de proposer de nouvelles catégories de philosophie politique qui ne soient pas l'exclusive d'une philosophie du pouvoir. En effet, l'introduction du terme de libéralisme est concomitante de la création de concepts comme ceux de biopolitique, de gouvernementalité.
