Étude de performances mécaniques des fils de suture
Ce projet presente une etude de comportements des n uds de fils de suture au cours du nouage et apres implantation. Nous avons mis au point de nouveaux tests de caracterisation des fils de suture. Nous avons ainsi concu des pinces speciales permettant d'effectuer differents tests mecaniques. Des protocoles d'essai pour la determination du taux de glissement de la matiere du n ud et du pourcentage de deformation recuperee apres disparition de l' deme inflammatoire ont ete mis au point. Trois types des n uds plats sont etudies. Nous avons deduit que le taux du glissement resulte de l'interaction entre trois forces internes developpes dans le n ud a savoir la compression, la flexion et le frottement. Une etude d'influences des parametres de fabrication sur les performances de fils de suture a ete egalement amenee."
