Differential Geometric Foundations of Non-Equilibrium Thermodynamics
While all field theories are nowadays available in a modern, differential geometric, coordinate free formulation on manifolds this has been so far only rudimentary accomplished in general non-equilibrium thermodynamics. In this work it is shown how a fitting geometric structure can be derived for arbitrary compact (discrete Schottky Systems) thermodynamic systems, such as stars and black holes, using only a few thermodynamic principles. Als AIDS in den 1980er Jahren in Westdeutschland sichtbar wurde, existierte bereits eine ausdifferenzierte Schwulenbewegung. Durch AIDS waren schwule Männer mit einer radikalen Veränderung ihrer Lebenswelt konfrontiert. Neben der unmittelbaren Bedrohung durch Leiden und Tod hatten auch Stigmatisierung und Debatten um staatliche Maßnahmen zur Seuchenbekämpfung Folgen für die Bewegung. In der Konsequenz mussten Kernforderungen überdacht und das Verhältnis zum Staat neu ausgelotet werden. Zudem wandelte sich das eigene Selbstverständnis sowie Vorstellungen von Zugehörigkeit und Solidarität. Der Band fragt nach diesen Transformationsprozessen und richtet den Blick hierbei auf das Recht als subjektivierende Instanz und Arena der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Staat.
