James Tyler Foley (1863-1935), son of William Lee Foley and Mary Foley, lived in Patrick County, Virginia. He married Martha Adeline Law Pendleton (1862-1935) in 1884. He was a descendant of Bartholomew Foley (ca. 1730-1793) of Patrick County, Virginia. Descendants lived in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and elsewhere.
