The death of a man found on a stranded bus puzzles Sheriff JT Wainscot of St. Julian parish. An agent from the DEA shows up just as the investigation begins. James and Martha Foley Families
James Tyler Foley (1863-1935), son of William Lee Foley and Mary Foley, lived in Patrick County, Virginia. He married Martha Adeline Law Pendleton (1862-1935) in 1884. He was a descendant of Bartholomew Foley (ca. 1730-1793) of Patrick County, Virginia. Descendants lived in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and elsewhere.
