James Jeffery was born in England and immigrated to America in the early 1700s. His son was James Jeffery (1757-1843) who was born in Virginia and married Jane Mason. They were the parents of seven children and eventually settled in Izard County, Arkansas. One of his grandchildren was Jesse Jeffery (1856-1899) who was born in Arkansas and married Mary Catherine Rush. Their descendants live in Texas and other parts of the United States.

Henry Neff (ca.1675-1750), the son of Hans Heinrich and Magdalene Näf, was born in Pfalz, Ibersheimer Hof?, Germany. He married his wife, Barbara some time before 1710. Family immigrated to Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania in 1717. Henry and Barbara Neff had eight children born between ca. 1711 and 1727 in Pfalz, Germany and Hempfield Twp., Lancaster Co., Pa. They were Mennonites by faith. Family members live in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Indiana and elsewhere.
Richard Tullis (1794-1856) was born in Bedford County, Virginia, the son of John Tullis and Sarah Morlan. He married Rachel Barrett (1800- 1856) in 1817. They had twelve children. The surname is variously spelled as Tullos, Tullys, and Tulloss.
