Replenishing Soil Fertility in Africa
This SSSA Special Publication presents in the first chapter the new conceptual approach of replenishing soil fertility as an investment in natural resource capital. It is followed by an analysis of the magnitude of soil fertility depletion, a review of field research trials, and a perspective from temperate-region soils.
