The Spirit and the Screen engages contemporary films from the perspective of pneumatology to give theologies of culture fruitful new perspectives that begin with the Spirit rather than other common theological contact points (Christology, anthropology, theological ethics, creation, eschatology, etc.). This book explores pertinent pneumatological issues that arise in film, as well as literary devices that draw allusions to the Spirit. Elder William Wentworth was living at Exeter, New Hampshire, by 1639, and at Wells, Maine, from 1642-1649. In 1649, he moved to Dover, New Hampshire, where he lived most of the rest of his life. He was the father of at least eleven children. He died at Dover ca. 1696/7. Descendants lived in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusettes, New York, Vermont, Illinois, and elsewhere.
