Zadeh and Prof. Walter J. Freeman, the plenary lectures by seven eminent researchers, and about 200 carefully selected papers drawn from more than 20 countries. The refereed proceedings of the 10th International Fuzzy Systems Association World Congress, IFSA 2003, held in June/July 2003 in Istanbul, Turkey.
