La sfida del cambiamento
Il dissesto economico e le tensioni sociali che stanno mettendo in ginocchio l'Europa sono il segno di una ben più profonda e radicata crisi culturale. A venire meno non sono soltanto le istituzioni governative, ma i paradigmi ideologici e le certezze che per anni le hanno sorrette. È necessario un ripensamento delle pratiche di gestione del bene comune, un cambiamento che riaffermi la priorità delle iniziative sorte "dal basso" e che rimetta al centro della vita civile l'uomo, la famiglia e tutti quei soggetti sociali dei quali, per troppi anni, si è rifiutato di riconoscere la funzione pubblica. I saggi raccolti in questo volume indicano come gli stessi cittadini possano farsi motore della crescita, se non ostacolati dallo Stato; come ognuno di noi, facendo appello al proprio senso di responsabilità e alle risorse illimitate del proprio "desiderio socializzante", possa dare vita a una iniziativa sociale a misura d'uomo, in grado di fornire risposte concrete ai bisogni della collettività e dei singoli individui.

The relationship between the so called boundaryless careers and the occupational wellbeing is a fascinating issue.
