ESTE VI VOLUME DA COLEÇÃO "ESTUDOS APLICADOS DE DIREITO EMPRESARIAL – SOCIETÁRIO", que ora vem a lume, congrega artigos escritos por profissionais que cursaram, em nível de pós-graduação, o LL.M. em Direito Societário do Insper no ano de 2019. Tratando de temas diversos, todos os trabalhos estão alicerçados em sólidas fundações: de um lado, a abordagem prática, visando a encontrar soluções ou orientar a aplicação do direito; de outro, a coragem de enfrentar questões novas. Neste livro, o autor procurou analisar a mobilização de acionistas para as assembleias gerais de acionistas das companhias abertas como um fenômeno que deve ser analisado sob três perspectivas: (i) os interessados na mobilização de acionistas; (ii) as finalidades da mobilização de acionistas; e (iii) os instrumentos da mobilização de acionistas.
