An Easy Way to Teach Breastfeeding
An Easy Way to Teach Breastfeeding is a guidebook that contains 13 basic breastfeeding topics which include breastfeeding knowledge and techniques, as well as motivation to increase mothers' confidence to succeed in breastfeeding. The topics highlighted are topics recommended by the Ministry of Health Malaysia to all hospitals and Baby-Friendly Clinics throughout Malaysia, for them to use in teaching mothers the most effective ways of breastfeeding. The information contained in this guidebook is not only suitable for pregnant mothers, but also suitable to be used as a reference after childbirth. In fact, health staff, lactation consultants and lactation counsellors can refer to this guidebook to help mothers deal with common breastfeeding problems such as positioning and attachment problems, breast engorgement and milk insufficiency. In addition, an infographic book, An Easy Way to Learn Breastfeeding would complete the teaching session for this guidebook.
