Abraham Funk (1854-1931) married Johanna Kliver in 1883; they emigrated from West Prussia to Canada in 1903, settling in Saskatchewan. Descendants of this Mennonite family have lived in Saskatchewan, other provinces of Western Canada, and parts of the United States.

Cornelius Willie Regier, son of Peter Regier and Anna, was born in 1882 in Rueckenau, West Prussia. His family immigrated to Canada in 1893. He married Johanna Funk (1886-1969), daughter of Abraham Funk and Johanna, in 1906 in Saskatchewan. They had seventeen children.
Johann "Hans" Ediger (1775-1835) was born in Montaurweide, West Prussia which is now part of Poland. The Ediger family was Mennonite and eventually moved into southwestern Russia to avoid religious persecution. Johann married twice and was the father of twelve children. Johann died in Schardau, Russia but several of his children immigrated to the United States and settled in Mennonite communities in Kansas. Their many descendants live in Kansas and throughout the United States
