Ulster Historical Foundation
The Ulster Historical Foundation, located in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is a genealogical research service for the counties of Antrim and Down in Northern Ireland. The service provides access to civil, church, valuation, and tithe records. The foundation lists main surnames, famous people, main towns, and famous places in Antrim and Down counties, and offers a list of publications available for purchase.
Researching Scots-Irish Ancestors
One of the greatest frustrations for generations of genealogical researchers has been that reliable guidance on sources for perhaps the most critical period in the establishment of their family's links with Ulster, the period up to 1800, has proved to be so elusive.
