Citizenship Revisited
Strangely, citizenship has usually been considered as a matter of interest when it is questioned or even withheld. The other way round, usually citizenship is taken for granted 'as it is', not being defined as such. In consequence we find only a negative definition rather than a clear way of spelling out the meaning. As globalisation spreads and deepens, the question of citizenship becomes crucial for society. It is already possible to see changes in voting patterns in such a country as France due to its immigration policies. This has long been the case in America as well, and is being felt there yet again by the effects of the citizenships of its newest immigrants. Applicative Aspects of Poly(organophosphazenes)

Head Start
Head Start is a federal program that has provided comprehensive early childhood development services to low-income children since 1996. Services provided to preschool-aged children include child development, educational health, nutritional, social and other activities, intended to prepare low-income children for entering kindergarten. Focus on Macular Degeneration Research
Degeneration of the macula is the leading cause of legal blindness in people over fifty-five. The macula is used for most acute and detailed vision -- reading, driving, watching television, precise work, and recognising faces. However, this weakening of central vision does not necessarily affect colour and peripheral vision. Macular degeneration generally takes place over a gradual period and at different rates in each eye. Its causes are still unclear, but there exist two main types. 'Dry' degeneration occurs when the macular tissues of the retina thin and disturb pigmentation, and 'wet' includes bleeding and scar tissue. Though macular degeneration is usually age-related, there are forms that affect younger individuals, but the reasons behind those cases are not yet known. This new book provides state-of-the-art research results on this debilitating condition.

The issue of the cognitive impenetrability or penetrability of perception lay dormant for a long period of time.
