Every student of criminal law knows for a fact that the Poulterers' Case (1611) launched modern criminal conspiracy. This decision laid the first stone of the principle that an agreement to commit a crime is also a crime. However, besides what the law reports say, little is known about the facts of the case. Anais do II Congresso Luso-Brasileiro do NELB
O NELB – Núcleo de Estudos Luso-Brasileiro – realizou, nos dias 25, 26 e 27 de maio de 2015 seu II Congresso Luso-Brasileiro, cujo tema central foi Os 70 Anos do fim da Segunda Guerra Mundial: Transformações Jurídicas. O Congresso, de caráter internacional, foi realizado no Anfiteatro 9 da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, contando com a presença de ilustres Professores Doutores do Brasil e de Portugal.
