Two supplements containing additions and corrections were also issued annually. John Allison Sr. (d.1795/1796) immigrated (possibly from Ireland) to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania between 1720 and 1729. He married Martha Hamilton, and before 1755 they moved to Orange County, North Carolina. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida and elsewhere.
